Chicken rolls

Ingredients for 4 people:




4 slices of chicken breast sliced thinly

4 thin slices of speck (Alternatively bacon)

Parmesan to taste.

1clove of garlic

a bit of sweet pepper

white wine

flour

rosemary, oil and salt



Preparation:



Take slice of breast, lay  a slice of bacon on top, sprinkle with Parmesan  to taste, roll up the slice, securing with a toothpick.

Rolls in a little bit of flour.

In a pan with a little oil fry the garlic, place the rolls in pan and let them cook for 2-3 minutes, add a bit of white wine and allow to evaporate, then add rosemary, pepper and cook for  about 10-15 minutes.

Accompanied as you like
