Orecchiette (Pasta) with tomato sauce

Cucina orecchiette al pomodoro

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people

400 gr orecchiette

500 gr of fresh tomato or (tomato puree)

1/2 onion

1 clove of garlic

3-4 basil leaves

1 hot pepper (who likes)

50 g Parmesan

oil and salt

Preparation:

In a pan add a little oil, fry  the finely chopped onion and garlic, add the sliced tomato, a pinch of salt and boil for about 15 minutes, with Mashers, thicken the sauce in the pan for 4-5 minutes, add the Basil and chili.

In a pot with salted water boil the orecchiette (the dough should be slightly undercooked).

Drain the orecchiette, add them to the tomato sauce and cook stir-fry for a few minutes, a sprinkling of Parmesan.

The dish is ready
